Seriously, how do you stop spam

I must get 35 emails a day from a Canadian pharmacy. Many of these emails have confiscated my own email address in the "sent from" and I am unable to block my own address. Micosoft Mail has never given me a response on how to stop this. I know Gates is still one of the richest men in America, so I know he doesn't give a sh*t. Please, please...any suggestions.

They are trying to get you to renew your Herpes and Syphilis prescriptions.
