I'm still checking on this...The question came to me from a friend of mine..After I started seeing replies that this was absolutely impossible I told my friend to double check what the guy told him to see if he got the number's right. I have not heard back from him yet. Just so you know this is not offshore, the deal might involve other special circumstances that I am un-aware of between these two people. Maybe the deal was really offered, maybe it wasnt..I will find out soon. Maybe the book is under the impression that the player is nowhere near sharp and has no chance of winning ever, or they are really that hungry for action.
