How do you take it? Is it a pill? Seems like I remember something about it being bad tasting?

you can make tea... I prefer to get about 5 grams in a spoon put a little water in my mouth and just toss it down. Wash with a little more water. It doesnt tast bad when doing this . The consitency might throw off allot of people but its not bad. Small doses can be stimulating and larger doses are sedative.

it takes 3 years to produce the alkloids .

Screw that. *Pops another Percocet....Seems like it could be a good transitional drug from opiates though you mentioned two of your friends tried it and ended up on suboxone? Why did they end up on the sub? I need the painkillers now due to my current back issues...does Kratom have any pain relief benefits? Eventually I would like to get off all opiates (again) as they are making me really lazy....as evidenced by all my recent time here... Thanks for the info.

I'm addicted to listening to the music in my head. I can't stop playing the theme from "The Munsters" over and over again. That is, unless I substitute it with "Moon River".

anyone in here have any addictions that they can't control? I hope we can be honest in here. I admit i am addicted to oxycontin (pain medicine) that i have been prescribed for over 4 years from a knee injury. I have been addicted to gambling, drinking and pot in my life but this oxycontin beats them all hands down. Just wondering if anyone else in here has tried the stuff?

Thanks
people i know with this oxy problem have used methadone to get off it

I take Oxy every day and it costs me a fortune. I pay $1 per mg and I take 500 mg per day. Yes I spend $500 per day on Oxycontin. I Day Trade stocks where I make a great living. I am not proud of this addiction but I am married and have 4 great kids that I give all my time to. I would suggest if you want to stop taking Oxycontin that you get some professional help and get on methadone. Good luck to you.
