This is a bonus having a Tuesday match in Serie A. On a side note: My cousin went to Genoa for a try-out when he was younger but in the end, didn't want to move to Italy and leave his family. He ended up taking an NCAA scholorship and is very happy to have a education.

Genoa v Inter Milan DRAW (+215)

Inter enter today's match on the heels of a 2-0 victory over Fiorentina. Fiorentina are one of the worst away teams in the league and as a result many feel this was an expected result. I like the fact that they had an all around performance and the team has been trending up, both emotionally and competitively.

Genoa beat Siena on the road 2-0 Saturday. It was their first away win in a very long time. They have made some key changes and have a good mix of experienced players to keep them on track including a solid goalkeeper.

Genoa will be tough to beat but Inter have the confidence and the depth to squeek out the win. This might be a bad spot for Genoa as Inter want to leap frog them to tie Palermo for 6th place.

I'm a little concerned with Inters away record recently. Genoa have only lost 1 of 6 home matches this season. Plus I'm not convinced that Inter are capable of winning today without Wesley Sneijder and Muntari in the line up. On that note, I can't see Genoa winning either but I'm not concerned about that with a draw in mind.

I am expecting a zero scoring 1st half and I hope that both these teams are told at half time to play tight possession not risking a goal. LOL, I am hoping for a boring game!!!
