SERIE A – YTD: 65W-62L-32T (+31.12)<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Between Sunday and yesterday’s card, am on a 15W-2L-3T run. As the laws of averages are in effect, based on this performance, it would indicate that you should highly consider fading all of my selections for today. Still, I shall proceed as follows:

AS Roma at INTER MILAN – Inter almost fell asleep at the wheel against <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Palermo on Sunday, and had to scramble to earn a draw. I said a long time ago that Inter might not lose more than 2 games this season. The first one might come today. Barring chippy play, bias officiating, or red cards, As Roma might pull of the upset. And if they did, it would not be such a surprise.
AS Roma +0.5 -102 (7 units)

Messina at REGGINA – Reggina near the relegation border line with 27 points. I’ve said this before; at home they are a very difficult side to play against, capable of beating anyone with their underrated offense. Messina is down right repulsive on defense. This one could be highly entertaining.
REGGINA -0.5 and -1 -114 (6.5 units)
REGGINA over 2 and 2.5 -101 (4.5 units)

Atalanta at EMPOLI – Atalanta playing much better of late as offense is starting to click. Respect Empoli’s defense, but inconsistent play has me siding with the visitor. Too much juice on the line, or else this would be a 6.5 unit play.
Atalanta +0.5 -124 (4 units)

Torino at SIENA – Sense Torino is about to embark on one of their usual losing streak. Fully aware that Siena has only won 2 games at home this season, but if they play with the same intensity (defense) as they did against Fiorentina, they should throttle a disorganized Torino. Line is favourable, and to my liking, as I see the home side produce their third home win.
SIENA pk and -0.5 +110 (6 units)

Cagliari at LIVORNO – Hard to believe, but this match could produce the most goals on todays card. Livorno can score in bunches at home and match up well against Cagliary. Both of these should find the net at least once.
LIVORNO over 2 -120 (8 units)

Good luck,
