Palermo has not been playing well lately, on the other hand they have also been victim of some serious bad luck (throw in some red cards against them early in matches to remove much of their capable offensive flow).

Feel that today Palermo could catch a potentially disinterested Inter napping.
If they come to play with their best game, they could upset here (much like Lazio against Ascoli).

No reason why goals should not be scored here as Palermo will push from the first minute.
