Empoli +0.5 and +1 -108 (what started out as +101 love affair is now -108) - 5 units

Empoli UNDER 2 and 2.5 +103 (wanted the straight 2.5 goal under line, will
try to keep ship on course with the 2 and 2.5) - 4 units

Parma at CAGLIARI
Parma +0.5 -108 (Parma, I want the same effort that you displayed against Napoli in Coppa Italia, and in Eufa play ) - 6 units

Parma OVER 2 and 2.5 +104 (I am asking a lot of Parma, the 2 should be achieved by both...but would like Parma to show me the 2-1) - 6 units

Udinese at CATANIA
Udinese pk and +0.5 -127 (3.0 units)

Messina at ATALANTA
Atalanta -0.5 and -1 -106 (3.0 units)

Fiorentina at CHIEVO
Fiorentina OVER 2 and 2.5 +108 (4.0 units)

Siena at SAMPDORIA
Sampdoria OVER 2 and 2.5 -101 (4.5 units)

AS Roma at LAZIO - "THE DERBY"
A game that Roma should win, and must win. But nothing is easy between
these two...I was dreaming of a PK line, but, as I have said in the past, the line makers are a sick and talented bunch. Lazio's defense must establish a presence early, or this one or it could get ugly. Roma, may miss the "Scudetto" by 4 points this year, in my opinion. By the time this
one gets under way, Inter will have produced another slim win.....can't
see them doing better than that. As a matter of fact, if Empoli can't produce the upset, we will have to wait unitl next year. I want to - very much - pull the trigger on Roma, but will refrain....until perhaps game time.
Nonetheless, I will hope that the under 2.5 is produced honestly (no penalty kicks awarded at the late stage).
LAZIO UNDER 2.5 -113 (8 units)

MA says: the full and diluted card is money management. If you are considering just one (or two) plays in Serie A this week, consider PARMA +0.5 goals, and the Roma/Lazio game under 2.5 goals.

nice write ups as always. but ive again some questions.

I like your empoli/inter under and the parma +0.5
The over in parma could be tough to achive as i see the problem with cagliari to participateon bringing it over.

with the Catania/udine match i am on the opposite side with Catania pk...why are you on udine??? catania is solid at home and has not lost there, while udine lost last 3 away games without scoring.

also i like roma in the derby, but i like even more the over as both teams will go or the win and play usually very offensive minded for italian teams. You are big time on the under, but i dont see a reason. i would like to know it, before i make the over a big play myself.

Chriscol,
you should make the Roma "over" your best play, just like I made the
"under" my best. Hopefully it will be an honest result for either play,
something like a 3-3 or 0-0 score; It would upset me greatly if the total
came down to the last minutes of play.
As I said, I want to pull the trigger on Roma, but will wait until game time.
I've seen countless matches between these two, to know that it's going to
be tough for either one to establish an offensive flow.
Lazio will (and must) set the tone defensively in the first half. Their best chance for the upset will be in the second half. I don't think they can get
it done, as Roma's defense, at its purest form, is the best in the league.

I sense this game could be decided in the last 15 minutes. In my opinion,
this is when you are going to see risky offensive efforts by either side.

I see this as : Roma 1 Lazio 0 (or probably more realistically, 1-1...which
means I want no Totti magic at the 91st minute to make it 2-1....haha.)

the half time 0-0 score showed no indication of what would happen
in the 2nd half....Samuel (ex roma), scoring at the 42nd minute of the 2nd half for the 3 nil lead, ???!!!

must remind myself that Oliver Beerhoff does not play fo Udinese anymore. First coaching casualty will come out of Udinese, Ancelotti
should be next.

very much "twilight zone" like Empoli Inter..with Messina with 2 late
goal surges...

only good decision I made on this week's card, staying away from
Roma. Typical of today's luck, Lazio take the over 2.5 by themselves. I closed the plasma when "robin hood" penalty kick
was awarded to Lazio...knew was over then and there!!!
(scudetto is now gift wrapped for the Pirelli squad)
