Risk 2 units to win 2.36 units -- Costa Rica are hardly a slouch as CONCACAF gets pissed on once again. Costa Rica grabbed 4 points in 2002. I've seen them alot and they are a gamey bunch who can score goals.. They've played a very strong friendly schedule leading up to the world cup with Czech Republic, France a couple other world cup teams all on the road and played them tight. A draw is in the realm of possibility, but I would be surprised if Germany beat this team by 2 goals. Taking CR to keep it close and represent CONCACAF well!! I laugh at those who are underestimating this team.

3:00pm ET - Poland vs Ecuador, Over 2.5 Goals +146

Risk 1 unit to win 1.46 units -- Poland has alot of offensive firepower (piled up tons of goals in qualifying) but some inexperience in the back could leave the gates open for Ecuador to poach one or two.

Should we cancel out our Costa Rica wager on Live betting? I can get Germany -1 (for the remainder of game, not final score) at +118. It would actually be a scalp.

I would come out ahead either result.

It wouldn't be a scalp, -1 would only get you a push if Germany won by 2. You would need 3.

Perhaps they can hold on and grind this game out and keep it tight. Balboa is absolutely right about the German defense playing the trap. It's maddening really for a team that is much much better than their opposition to play a trap in this situation.

I'll say this guys.. The new ball they are using this year is a goalscorer's ball.. I'll be playing ALOT of overs this World Cup,. They seem to be incredibly easy to curl.. I'll be jumping on some overs before Pinny adjusts the lines of the games they already have on the board.
