Seeking info on Payoffs Plus

Howdy folks,

I'm thinking of depositing $400 with Payoffs Plus(I like their odds on 3-team parlays---my favorite type of bet).

I don't see any thumbnail listing on The Offshore Wire...is Payoffs Plus a reliable place to deposit a sum as small as $400?

Payoff Plus is a siter book to First Fidelity you should have no problem getting paid. I am not sure if they are similar to FF with agressive marketing practices.
