Downtown is bad, I'm on the town border of Fairfield and Bridgeport,
off Brooklawn Country Club, I own a condo here, it's good business sense, I get Bridgeport tax breaks, but for all intents and purposes I'm in Fairfield.
One side of Brooklawn Ave is Fairfield, the other is Bridgeport.
Also if you go north in Bridgeport by Sacred Heart, they also have prime condos and real estate.

Go up Park Ave. by Sacred Heart in Bridgeport, extremely nice properties.
Go where I live off Brooklawn Ave, very nice properties.
Yes, the area around the Port Jeff ferry is section 11 ville, but I'm three miles from there.

Yeah, if the Gators hold 'Bama to a FG here, the under is looking pretty good, if the Gators score a TD, the over is looking pretty good, depending on what number you bought it at.

All statistics are misleading though.
The core of the Hispanics and blacks live in that area around the ferry I alluded to, if you live on the town borders of Fairfield or Trumbull like I do, you won't any of that.
