this outta be a good one. The Pats had little problem dispensing of playoff calibur teams last year. Will this be the game the streak ends? Its gotta end sometime, and the Seahawks have a decent shot at this game. But I'd take the Pats -4 in a heartbeat. Could be a real dog-fight. +4 might be enough to cover?

Very tough game here. The Seahag game is a non-conference sandwich game between miami and the Jets to division rivals. If the Pats get don't get knocked off here they have shot at going undefeated for the year.

With the Chicken Hawks coming off an embarresing second half let down I really like them to pull out the upset here. Seattle is a very balanced team who has what it takes to compete with the Pats. As long as they don't sit back in the second half like the did against the Rams I like the to possibly pull the upset here.

The Seahawks will no doubt be up for this game after the choke yesterday. Holmgren took the air out of the ball too early.

Their offense is balanced: Alexander is a good back and their receivers can be effective at times (when they dont drop the ball). I think their offense can and will move the ball on the Pats.

The interesting matchup is going to be on the other side of the ball with Pats spread offense against the Cornerback trio of Ken Lucas, Marcus Trufant and Bobby Taylor.

This could be a shootout with the last team with the ball winning the game.

DEFENSE HAS always been Holmgren's weakness, and why his teams will probably never win the big one. Tom Brady should light this secondary UP!!,

and Alexander will be lucky if he not injured after this game

So it's decided, no one can say for sure what's going to happen in this game. I'd lean towards the Pats but -4 looks like 1 point too many. I might just pass.

I guess you forgot that Mike Holmgren couldnt win the big one in Super Bowl XXXI (1996) against your Patriots.

Seattle has a very good defense who had a very bad second half and poor support from the offense.

This one is rough - I can't imagine either team would win by more than 3 - but what was that that seattle did sunday? Could that happen again?

If the rams can do that then cant the pats do it?

Browneye,

I'm not sure if I would go so far as the Superbowl but they are definately a team I think makes it real close. Hard to say but I'm with you backing the Seahawks!

Could be Eagles/Seahawks in the NFC chapionship game, I'd pick the Eagles to win su, they are more physical, and might have homefield.

Prime spot for a Ne let down, Seattle will come in blazing. Big difference in emotion in this one. Should a good one but I like the pts, I think it's a good spot but the Pats win it on with a FG late.

If NE gets beat, it will be fair and square. This team will not have a letdown. Everyone wants a piece of them and they know it. I dont see the seahawks winning here, They are good but not good enough. I see the Pats winning by 7-10 points.

Great game to watch....bet is another story. Seattle is obviously not ready to win in the primetime...I remember last year against green bay when hassleback opened his mouth and proclaimed they were going to score...the rest is history....they cannot perform under pressure. The one thing the Patriots are becoming very stubborn at is refusing to buckle when the situation is clearly not in their favour. They along with the eagles tend to cover in spots most other teams do not cover in. One must ask themselves who is the better team here....In all likelyhood it is the Patriots...and in the NFL when you have the better team taking less than a touchdown...the percentages I believe exceed 50 percent...I like those odds...and will be on the Pats this weekend....
