How was the Masters? Did you get to see any of it in person or were you rained out? Really a great tournament to watch. It looks to me like you can't just hit it anywhere anymore off the tee. I still want to see it play fast though before I make any judements about the changes that they've made. The changes were made for a fast golf course.

 

did nothing thursday but play cards and drink
friday we got to see some golf and sat was real nice
had a great time
i really love going down.
won for the week so that makes it even better though my <local< lines were better than normal
really sloppy getting around the course
have a place to stay and tikets to hilton head
you know that lesser> tournament usually won by so so playes this week
will probably go for two days at least

augusta has really changed over the years
the new tees have not only changed the length of the course but also the shape of the shot you need to hit to fit the hole
2, 5,7,9,11,14 and 18 are drastically different

did you see sevy hit it on 9 green from 18 fairway??
i was there the year he hit it on 7 green from 17 tee,
