Scoring in the NBA way UP!

The new shotclock rule is part of it of course but teams are playing at an insane pace and jacking up 3s. Defense is almost non existent.

Seeing scores of like 130-122 on a nightly basis.

What do you do when you see a total of 229 posted and it's not Houston vs Phoenix or something like that. How do you take the over for such a high total yet you can't take the under either with how it's going.

This is the new norm I guess. the fans seem to like it. Scoring is way up but I still would prefer to see some defense.

No I guess I can live with it. Just going to take getting used to betting wise I guess. Going to take guts to take overs at those high numbers. Have to understand that it's the norm now. I never said on this site that I love increased scoring in the NFL? (I do enjoy it yes you're right)

No it's fine I guess and it looks like ratings are up in the NBA is that correct? So I guess it's all good.

I guess my point was it's psychological from a betting standpoint. Have to get used to not being scared from betting overs at those numbers. Have to understand that a total of 228 or whatever is not the same thing as a total of 228 from a season or 2 ago. That's all.

By the way, wtf with Rondo spitting on Chris Paul. What a clown. Then he denies it. Never liked Rondo. I know Chris Paul a punk too but I'm a fan of his. Nice to see some fire from these guys in the NBA for once. They are always so chummy nowadays even when on opposing teams unlike the old days. It's sickening. It was refreshing but sad that it takes a guy to be spit on to evoke some kind of emotion from them.
