I'm not going to disagree with your play if you like Auburn, but your Reasoning is Dead Wrong. Alabama was 33rd on Offense last year; this year 20th, and much more potent, especially in the Passing Game. Alabama was 5th last year in Total Defense and 4th in Scoring Defense. This Year? 5th again in Total Defense and 2nd in Scoring Defense. The difference in Defenses to me is much better depth and talent on the DL. It's showing up on the Sacks and Tackles for Loss where we were 86th and 94th a year ago, Bama is 44th and 45th this year. Time of possession has improved from 24th to 18th. This is a better football team Defensively......Clearly.

comparing last year's STATS to this year's isnt quite apples to apples. last year you faced much more potent offenses like Auburn who torched Bama...and TAMU who did the same. This year....well Auburn isnt quite as potent and those stats arent counted in and TAMU is way way down on offense. What really good offenses has Bama played...WVa? OK they scored 23. Tenny? perhaps, and they scored 20. MSU? Not bad either and they scored 20. Ole Miss? eh, they have struggled many times but scored 23 on Bama. Florida? HAHAHA...no. They did step up for the game and they scored 21 on the Tide.
FAU, Smiss, WCar, LSU, Ark....lots of really poor offensive teams Bama faced that they mostly shut down. I think Auburn has the best offense that Bama will face so far this year. Conversely, Auburn is probably the worst defense Bama will face too and I expect Bama to score and score and score. Hoping it's an exciting game. I took the over 54. 34-24 perhaps.

Sometimes you can't control the stupid plays. I wish the moderaters would do a better job of taking out the TRASH around here. The RX would be much better place. It's like anyplace else around our country these days. You can't control the animals!!
