-Aston Villa vs Portsmouth-
These are two teams that have been in great form lately with each sitting in the top half of the table with 27 points. Portsmouth's away form has been great this season, only losing to Arsenal and Chelsea away from home. On the other hand, Aston Villa has has only lost to Arsenal, Liverpool, and Manchester United at home. For me it looks like with both teams on a good run so far, a draw seems beckoning. I'm backing Portsmouth with the spread here to take at least a point from Villa Park.

-Everton vs Fulham-
Fulham's away form hasn't done it for me, and Everton should be feeling good after their midweek win in the UEFA Cup. I feel that with Fulham's injury crisis not slowing down, and adding midfielder Smertin to the mix, they are probably going to come away with nothing from Goodison Park. I'm sticking to Everton here.

-Reading vs Liverpool-
Liverpool has been on a tear lately, and Reading is good with putting the ball in the back of the net in their home games. I feel like that both teams are going to score here, lets just hope a third goal is scored.

-Newcastle vs Birmingham-
Newcastle got a good result against Arsenal midweek with a 1-1 home draw, and Birmingham is probably still on Cloud 9 after that great upset they pulled against Tottenham last week. With Birmingham looking strong not having any injury problems, I think they will be able to grab a point from an injured Newcastle, even after their positive result against Arsenal.

-Athletic Bilbao vs Real Madrid-
Athletic are feeling great after that 3-0 win against Valencia last week, but they are going to be facing quite possibly one of the hardest tasks this season. Real come to Bilbao with pretty much a full strength squad, and if they want to keep that gap between Barcelona up they better win. Real used to have a bad time traveling to Bilbao, but the last three visits all resulted in a win. I'm hoping a full strength Real can take all three points from Bilbao. Lets keep it small since Real hasn't been doing great away from home this season.

-Osasuna vs Valencia-
I love these situations. When a big team like Valencia has been getting bad results and games turn into must win situations, they turn into fun games to watch. Valencia know they need to score goals, because their defense has been conceding a lot. I'm sticking with the over here, I think with Valencia stepping up their attacking game, Osasuna is going to have a lot of space to score goals as well.
