The only defensive starter for SC who is injured is DT Pepper. He's listed as questionable. And I think it's probably big for him to play. If he can't then they definitely need SC's other DT Ajiboye, who was listed as starting DT at the start of the season, but was suspended for the first 3 games of the season. His status is still unclear for this game whether he will play. I would think if Pepper can't go then Spurrier will have to bring in Ajiboye. If they both play then it makes SC's defense extra tough for Ole Miss and their semi-rebuilt O-LIne to run on. One thing that hasn't been mentioned here is SC's defense is faster than greased lightning. And they can be very tough to beat at home. Plus we have a team getting points at home, who has played 2 BCS teams on the road as opposed to Ole Miss two non-BCS, FCS opponents. Big difference in the level of competetion that each of these teams have played against so far.South Carolina has a few injury issues (especially on the defense).
Ole Miss' fullback will miss the game and their TE is questionable.

Ole Miss has made it a point to not even remotely show anything other than very vanilla offense and defense.
They have a great offensive coordinator who's really innovative (name escapes me).

Granted Ole Miss has only played Memphis and a Div II team but they also won their last 6 games of 2008. Currently on an 8 game winning streak and I believe the average margin is just under 30 points a game.
My personal rankings after watching both teams:
QB - advantage Ole Miss
RB - push
OL - push
WR - advantage Ole Miss
DE - advantage Ole Miss
DT - advantage Ole Miss
LB - advantage to SC (mainly because Norwood is an absolute beast)
DB - advantage Ole Miss
I look for Ole Miss to win by 10+. Hate to go opposite of everyone, but this will likely be my biggest play of the week. Gonna do a bit more analysis before coming up with how large a number to play it though.

I just hate when people are blinded by their own vision. Perception is real deceiving... PEOPLE! Just look at the statistics. Statistics don't lie. So Carolina has put up good if not better numbers than Ole Miss has, and their SOS is way way way harder. Numbers DO NOT LIE!!! Don't get me wrong, I think Ole Miss is every bit as good, but they will def be in a slobberknocker this Thursday nite. If they do win, I believe that they will only win by a FG. GL and aloha from Hawaii.
If you go along with your board name, you will be playing OM. The public will be all over SCar. The post above is his personal ranking as he stated.
OM has played a real bad schedule so far, SC's is just bad.
If GA scored 41 on them, I have to believe OM will move the ball. I believe the only advantage that SC has is home field. We will see on Thursday. I am excited to watch it.
