My damn life is over. Some stupid ass got all the datas from my computer last year (i guess by using a trojan). this
guy spent more than 15000 dollars from my bank account for some shit around the internet. he signed up for lotteries and whatever all under my name and banking infos. the problem was that all my datas where saved on my computer and that is where he has it from. he must even have used my computer for browsing the internet whilst i was online as the ip shown was mine but believe me it was not me (i am using an adsl connection so the computer is often on for hours). what i did was calling back the money whenever the money left my account. no 2 companies were involved and both want to get their money. the first one asking for 700 dollars already went to the police telling them i ripped them off. but it was not me so i have to pay off the whole 150000 - but where from. i am already 5000 in the depth from these bills so that i do not get any more money and according to the german laws i have to pay it because i can not make sure that it was not me. my girlfriend today told me tat she wants to leave me due to this and the bills. i understand her. we have a 1 1/2 years old son who i love as i never loved someone before and if i was her i could not stand living without money. the sadest point is that i did not spend the money. what happens if i do not pay? it will go to the court, they will charge me and i will loose my job in the service but could it get worse? no. i mean i am done my life is completly over. i lost my girlfriend ( we were 8 years together) my 1 1/2 years old son, my money on the bank - simply everything. I can not pay my bills anymore and all that due to some asshole that wanted to have some fun. i can not believe all that. what should i do with my useless life now? should i raise a fund like "save andy" or what????? This is all true. On Monday I have to pay 700 Dollars for the company but where from??? I even can not go to some office to get some help because then my unit will learn about it and I will loose my job. So maybe I should raise a fund. Guys please do me a favour and do not write any BS into this thread. I always enjoyed posting here and reading the posts but now i can only be sad when i hear people getting pissed about losing a play. I have real problems now.<HR></BLOCKQUOTE>
