i do not care about a 80 $ freeplay. i mean to get something straight: when books get our money and we lose they are happy. when books get our money and we win they put in some shity rules or read the rules in their favour. it is our money and when we want it we should get it. and i have to pay back the 820

i thought they are safe that is why. then i thought they offer soccer and tennis but after posting up i found out they don`t. so i want to w/d. that is why. in case i was looking for a bonus (i think that is what you are thinking) i would have posted up somewhere else. i do not say they are a bad shop. they grade fast and sometimes have nice lines but the way they treat me in this matter is horrible.is it only because i won? they had me down to 300 and now i am up to 2100 so is this the point they want to put a 14 days rule on me?

Did any of you revceive a x-mas present from your book? I did not. Shame to the books. Most of them are making tons of money from me but not even a small gift or a freeplay has been sent or emailed to me. I am playing for several thousands a year with 5 Dimes, Oly, Sky, II, CRIS, Bluegrass, BHB, Millenium, Heritage, PANAM, WWTS and others. Not one of them sent me anything. Great job. Even the Italian restaurant around the streets is giving away x-mas presents to is customers but not the books. Great job. Anyone of you had the same experience? Btw I played with 3 Austrian books over the year for just 500 each and cashed out the money and all of them emailed me their x-mas wishes and gave me a 50 dollar freeplay. That is great cs !!!!

Either Heritage has changed (which lately they have recieved some bad press, some but not alot) or this is an isolated incident...I know alot of people who use to love Heritage (me included) they were always very customer friendly, and would bend over backwards, even comp you if you helped them or had a problem....HAS HERITAGED BEEN BURNED TOO MANY TIMES BY BONUS WHORES? It seems they are alot tighter now...
