RX loading question

For 2 weeks now, I have not been able to get the RX boards loaded without them freezing up, any ideas what's going on with my computer?

Everything else loads up fine, and when I use another computer the board loads up...

i had a problem like this over the summer
not sure if it is the samething going on with you, but yeah i could never get on the rx, on my girlfriends comp. i could get on fine, so ..

but there was some problem with my browser reading javascript, so i had to reinstall internet explorer 6, and then i installed a different program to read java

now everything is working great

I installed Navigator 7.1 and now it works fine. I reinstalled IE and it didn't help.
