I would actually go with Flacco over Warner. The Colts D only gave up 6 passing TDs all of last season and have given up 0 this year. Flacco has a great matchup vs. the Browns and should put up much bigger numbers. I am benching Warner in a league in favor of Matt Schaub.
The pick 2 would lean me towards Owens and Clark because Titans run defense has been nasty.
I would probably go with Manningham over Evans because he will most likely get more looks than Evans.

Flacco. I heard the same stat about the Indy D. Not many times you bench Warner, but this may be one of them.
