Forget about who needs to to what to prove this or that. Forget that the Pac 10 sucked this year. Fact is SC killed everyone it played. They were hung over (literally) from partying the night before up at the weekender in Berkeley, and still almost won. CAL is a pretty good team, who will probably beat VT. They're talented, well coached, but really young which is why they were so up and down this year. Michigan lost to a ORE team that was awful at the beginning of the year. They also lost to an Iowa team that lost everyone from last year. There is no way Michigan wins here, it will not happen. Navar stinks and will throw at least 2 Ints. SC played a vanilla D-fense (basically a prevent from the 2nd Q) against Oregon St. so that they would not expose anything to Oak (thinking that that is who they would play next) because ORST. plays a similar spread offense. They will bring the house in this game, zone blitzes up the ying yang. Matt Groetagood (spelling?) has been out with a high ankle sprain for the last month, and that dude is the key to this Defense. He's smart, tackles, and is all over the place. No one runs the ball on SC's D, which means Chris Perry is in deep trouble. So needless to say the only question is does SC get the 7. Take the 7 or 8 or 8 1/2 which is what it will be by game time, this game is gonna be a stinker unless you are a Trojan fan. Just ask Mel Kiper, Mike Williams is the best player in college football, and last time I checked Woodson plays for the Raiders. SC 45 - 17. Only reason it won't be more is because Pete Carrol doesn't run the score up on people.
