Nurnberg vs Frankfurt over 2.5 goals + 101 @ The Greek

Nurnberg has lost five of their last six games. I should also mention that they did not score a goal in any of the five defeats. That has Nurnberg sitting just three points above last place Hertha Berlin and six points from getting out of the relegation zone. Nurnberg coach Dieter Hecking has asked for a large crowd against Frankfurt. This is just Hecking's second game as manager since replacing Michael Oenning. Frankfurt have gone five games without a loss. They are six points behind fifth place Dortmund for the last Europa Cup spot. Frankfurt was kept off the scoreboard in only one of their last ten league games. I doubt Nurnberg coach Hecking would have his team play defensive after he asked for a large crowd. Plus a draw really does not help Nurnberg. Frankfurt is playing for a spot in a Europe Cup so over she blows. (7/10)

Australia A-League

Melbourne Victory vs Adelaide United over 2.5 goals - 130 @ The Greek

Adelaide United's playoff chances are now at slim and none after their 3-2 loss against Perth earlier this week. The loss left Adelaide in last place but just two points behind ninth place North Queensland. The problem for Adelaide has been on defense as they have kept only one clean sheet out of their last ten league games. Melbourne is coming off a 6-2 win against Perth last weekend. The Victory are just three points behind first place Gold Coast. Melbourne has the best goal differential of any A-League team. Adelaide will look to play the role of spoiler tonight and I doubt this will be a defensive game. (8/10)

Rotherham vs Grimsby over 2.5 goals - 103 @ The Greek

Rotherham is sitting in fifth place just three points behind third place Bury for an automatic promotion spot. Rotherham has the second best goal differential of the top seven teams in league two. Rotherham has only one win out of their last four games. They will like their chances of winning against a Grimsby team that is sitting in the relegation zone. Grimsby is six points from safety as they have had eight draws out of their last ten games. If Grimsby wants to get out of the relegation zone they need to start trying for wins. Grimsby will be going against a Rotherham team that was shutout in only one of their last seven games. Four of the last five games between these two teams ended with three or more goals scored. Make it five of the last six after this game. (7/10)

France Cup

Grenoble vs Montpellier over 2 goals - 154 @ The Greek

Well Grenoble looks set for relegation for Ligue One to Ligue Two. They are sitting in last place and are thirteen points from safety. The cup is really the only thing left for Grenoble to play for. Grenoble has only one win out of their last ten games played. They also have kept only one clean sheet out of their last nine games. I should also note that Grenoble was not shutout in any of their last five home games. They will be going against a Montpellier team that is fighting for a Champions League spot. Montpellier is sitting in second place in Ligue One with just a two point lead over third place Lille. Montpellier was shutout in only one of their last five away games. Plus I doubt Grenoble will keep a clean sheet against Montpellier. When these two teams played earlier this season in league play, Montpellier hanged on for a 3-2 win. I expect both teams will score and over she blows. (9/10)

Scotland Division 3

Stranraer vs Livingston over 2.5 goals - 133 @ The Greek

Stranraer is coming off a 5-4 win against Montrose. That was Stranraer's first win out of their last six games. The problem for them has been on defense as they kept only one clean sheet out of their last ten games. Stranraer will go against a Livingston team that was not shutout in any of their last ten games. In fact Livingston scored two or more goals in six of their last eight games. Livingston is sitting in first place with a two point lead over second place East Stirling. Stranraer was not shutout in any of their last four home games and I know they are not going to keep a clean sheet against Livingston. The best bet of the day. (10/10)
