I see books take money from players that does not belong to them and it makes me sick. I am confident Rio looked at everything and made what they felt was the right call.
Until a player gets involved in a dispute and has their money stolen you don't realize how nice it is that a book will do the right thing, even at their own expense. I see players every day who get their money taken without a word from the book about it. Would have been easy for them to use the old "player money confiscation" tactics some books use. Hats off to you Rio.....

Congratulations to SG, Shrink, and Rio on the fair resolution of this dispute. You three are the big winners here, the losers being MW (in general), The Major,Russ (in particular), and the biggest loser of all, Clevfan.
Anyone following this in both forums can see the difference between the fair way SG was treated here at the RX, and the way the Major made this a personal vendetta against SG and then when SG was clearly winning the hearts and minds of the posters, MW banished all the threads to the boondocks(canteen). This could be a turning point in the fortunes of both these forums and no one deserves a lotta failure more than that despicable Major.

The book looked at everything and talked to everyone involved and decided to pay the man, AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE. Nobody got fired anywhere from what I have seen and the player has had overwhelming support from just about everyone.
