he can still apply for reinstatement in September, maybe a team would take him there if he works out on his own in the meantime ?

CFL has no drug policy and they can never implement one or they would lose 60% of the league.

NFL just shouldn't penalize players for smoking weed. Big fucking deal, the guy likes to smoke the green. He still was one of the best running backs in the league, wasnt a cancer to the team and gave it his all on every down. I have said it before and I will say it again Alcohol is far worse than Weed end of story

That's exactly what I'm saying. People need to chill out on the man for smoking a little herb. They don't have any problems with all the other players going out and getting wasted at a bar and then doing who knows what afterwards.

I agree man, but that's the stat quo of our society. Nothing wrong with loving one of mother nature's finest products. Hey, as long as he doesn't walk onto the game field blazed out of his mind, what's the big fuckin deal?

The only thing I can criticize Williams is he could be a lot smarter about doing it. There's ways around it, but he seems to not care about his career. There's no way in hell that Williams is the only NFL player torching the broccoli. But he seems to be the only one always getting caught for it and putting his career in jeopardy. No one can honestly say that they don't suspect that Vick doesn't light it up. But he's getting in trouble for running a pitbull ring.
