um no it didnt at Sports Insights. At Sports Insights it was still a point higher than the opening line with 56% on the other side (Hamilton) qualifying Sask as a play.

I agreem I got a subscription to that sport insights and I show atlanta opening at 135 and closing at 130 yielding a no play even though public was on phillies.
