I'd like to add two things.
I don't even use a spider program! I use betbrain and i find lines by hand. I rarely even bet books it makes up <1% of my yearly income so its completely inefficient for me to even use don best or pay someone for a spider program.
So far it appears this thread has solved several things. Dave has paid 5/9 bettors.it appears he will pay at least 7/9. I am happy that those other 2/9 will get paid. Now to get the last 2/9 paid

Of the 9 betters i know 1 and 1 wrote me via email to contact him about a plan. Never did talk to the italian guy. No idea anything about the other 5.
There's really nothing hokey on my end. Every point dave has brought up has been shot down. The more information Dave posts the more players lean to my side.

Americans can't exactly get these prices, so it's COMPLETELY irrelevant. I have NO doubt they took a shoot, but Dave's defense is NOTHING short of thievery. "Uh well, I saw a lower price in Europe .. so they get that" ... whatever.
Dave things it's best to sit back and not be pressured into "policy" ... well, fine that's his proagative, but it's going to COST him LOTS of business.
The proper thing to do is pay the poster(s) and immediately boot them with check in hand.
I've lost respect for CBS & will NEVER play there.

Areef, maybe you need a little review of "Bookmaker-Player Dispute Resolution Best Practices"
Rule #1....If you want to get paid, never be rude or abusive with the staff.
Rule #2....Inform site mods or owners of your dispute, and let them see what answer they get from the book. Ideally, find a forum where the particular book advertises. Until they get an anwer from the book, keep your mouth shut.
Rule #3....If you take your complaint to the forums, you probably lose 50% of whatever chance you had of getting paid.
Rule #4....If you go to the forums, and you lie about the details. You're done. People WILL find out the truth.
Rule #5....If you go to the forums and relentless bash the book, you're done.
Did it ever occur to you that you were made an example of due to your conduct in the forums....even after being told that Dave would be back on Tuesday? You undeniably LIED about the other lines available. You ranted on & on before Dave was able to respond. Books will NOT give in to you once you have pulled shit like this.
