A scout for the Boston Red Sox accused of committing a lewd act in a hotel room that overlooked the pool where at least two teenage girls saw him was arrested Monday, police said Tuesday.

Jesse Levis, 39, faces two felony counts of committing lewd and lascivious acts in the precense of children less than 16.

Police and a U.S. Marshals task force arrested him at a Melbourne hotel after he was kicked out of the Springhill Suites in St. Lucie West where the incidents happened.

Levis, of Pennsylvania, is accused of committing the act on Sunday before hotel management was notified. Police identified Levis as a scout for the Boston Red Sox.

Down here where 5TParlay and I live, there's not much better sport than digging at RedSoxFan.

They've been beating their meat for 89 years and finally spunked on their cleats a couple times and now we got to hear about it like it's been a regular occurrence.
