I like to look toward the end of each sports season to find which teams have given up and bet against them. I have often found that the books don't like to give huge spreads in sports like MLB and the NFL so when a team has given up they rarely beat the spread.

I think this is the case with the Cardinals in the NFL especially on the road. They have played respectably at home.

It will be interesting to note the point spread for their game in Seattle against the Seahawks on Sunday, Dec. 21. I'm willing to bet it won't be more than 10 points or so. I think the Hawks will walk away with that game.

if it's less than 14 i'd be stunned. seahawks beat them 38-0 in AZ and the game wasn't that close (and for the record - seattle's ONLY win this season on the road). seahawks unbeaten at home. i sense a line of around 14-15.
