Call their wagering line at 1-800-582-1383 and asked to be transferred to CS - that line seems to work - that number is posted on their main menu

For those that are playing there..
You had to see that they have the worst Neteller software around!!
It's no wonder something could take 2 days with that set-up.
Hell they lost a deposit of mine 3 weeks ago
