I once went to a Real Chinese food restaurant in NY and didn't like it. a ton of Fish ( I don't eat any Fish ) and weird dishes
They also don't carry Duck sauce

There is no <cite>Sweet And Sour Chicken, General Tso's Chicken</cite> , <cite>Sesame Chicken</cite> or Spare Ribs ... that's all for Americans

Its one of my favorite meals. Love chang's spicy chicken.

The general Chang's chicken skillet meal in your grocer's freezer for about $6 is really really good and cooks at home in 10 minutes. Add one of those uncle ben's rice pouches of basmati rice and it's a nice meal.

Yep, Ive had it a few times I think. Its really good. I'm a fan of the sauce at pf changs. The one that they mix up at your table. I can of course make it at home too, but it never seems to taste as good.

the lack of diuck sauce on the west coast is an outrage. changs does
a good job of using quality ingredients, especially the meat. their
appetizers are ok, but i strongly prefer the apps in new england
compared to changs or the west coast. also the hunan sauce/spicing
in the northeast seems better to me than so or no cal. maybe i just never
found the right place out here. been looking for decades though.
