Carroll is a poor talent developer. Best recruiter in the nation, but a terrible developer

plain and simple, pete knows that he is going to have a really really hard time winning a nat.championship with either of the chumps that will play qb for him this year. he is upset because he knew if sanchez came back, they would be almost unbeatable and have the best team he has had in a long time, if not the best.

kermit, usc wasnt near as good as florida this year so you really need to stop with the ignorant "we are better" bullshit. you are making yourself out to be a bigger homer fool than railbird. man, you fuckers are worse than yankee fans sometimes. if you had played anywhere near the schedule that florida did, you may have a bitch, but you didnt(never will play that tough of a schedule either). fuck, you didnt play a better schedule than utah. so please, please quit with the useless opinionated arguments.

You heard of Orange County? Thats where Trojans get there qbs. Orange County is like the bank, when you need money you go to the bank, when you need an nfl qb you go to ORange County. Sanchez is from Orange County. I am from Orange County. The next 2 starting qbs for USC are from ORange County. . PAlmer, Leinart, and Marinovich also from Orange County. Trojans would kill Florida if they played.

Does USC have ONLY ONE BCS National Championship? They have had the most 5 * players over the life of the BCS but somehow Pete and Co seem to stumble against teams with NO 5 * players. How is that possible with such talent and they do not have to play a conference Champ game?

Also USC has the dubious distinction of losing at home to the largest underdog in the modern point spread era in 41 point dog Stanford. :ohno: Something is amiss at SoCal. :103631605:toast: LT
Florida has 2 BCS trophies, name another school that has more than USC. What would be your point about bringing this up?

Big part of college coaching is recruiting. If he's had more 5 star studs than anyone else, it would tell me he's out recruiting every one else. Your X's and O's don't mean much if you don't have the athletes.

In terms of assistances leaving, it seems like every year his coordinators are inline to get a head coaching job.

What's wrong my friend ? You can't stand the truth ? Kinda like USC would kick your Gators A-s and you are trying to dismiss the fact that they rule college football and your so called BCS means nothing to most of us real college football fans ! Trojans rule and you know it !

Are you the Kermit that I have met at the Bashes? If you are, why the hate on this board? I have just stated my opinion without the hate you have spewed. Where did I bring Florida into this discussion? There ARE other teams that are good other than USC,

Until the Pac10 and Big 11 play Conference Championship games, the teams that do will get a slight bump after the regular season is over.

At least we can agree that Florida is the one season all time pointspread champ at 13-1. That should have put some money in your pocket.

Have a nice off season and we can debate this more at the Bash this year.:nohead::103631605:toast: LT

Stanford and the Oregon schools are shaking in their boots...wouldn't be surprised if Washington gives them a game this year...Washington did take their coordinators...

No hate intended by me and yes I'm the same mild mannered Kermit LOL
My point is that until there is some sort of playoff after all the bowls are played, We will never know who really rules each year. When I grew up there were only 4 bowl games. Orange, Sugar, Cotton and Rose Bowl. They were all played on New Years Day. After all the bowl games were played, the final AP vote named the National Champion. A bad system true but far better than what We have now ! At least the other 3 bowl games meant something. I still can't understand why We simply can't send the top 8 teams to these same 4 big Bowl games and then have the 4 winners play off. 3 more games and everyone makes huge $$ and We have a true Champion. This year We would have Florida, Utah, USC and Texas still alive and in the hunt. Nobody can convince me that they are positive who would win this playoff. We all have opinions but like I said earlier.... Nobody gave Villanova, N.C State, US Hockey team, Arizona etc etc a chance either. Every great Cinderella story in Sports History never could have happened with the present day college football rules. Total BS and if that's Kermit spewing hatred ... Well that's your opinion ! Love you Man !

We ? My 15/1 shot was none other than Florida ! I love the Gators ! They were my favorite team this year. Why ? Easy answer! My favorite team is always the team that puts the most $$ in my wallet. Your opinion that
USC wasn't near as good as Florida this year is after all in your own words " Ignorant BS " also because schedule doesn't decide Championships. If you want to go way back in History, Let's look at the Bill Russell led San Francisco Dons. They played a S-it schedule back then but nobody could touch them. Utah beat all their opponents but played a far easier schedule that Alabama.. How did that work out for Alabama ? I actually have no idea who would win if USC and Florida would meet. It would be a great game IMHO My whole point in my post was and is simple.... The BCS doesn't really answer anything as to who would actualy win or who is actually best. You certainly don't know for sure and neither do I. We can both have our opinions and contrary to your accertion that my opinion is ignorant BS... I actually believe that your opinion has a lot of merit. Florida is damn good ... However so are Utah, USC and Texas ! BTW Pac 10 went 5-0 in their bowl games so once again everyone's opinion as to how weak the Pac 10 was.. well just some more ignorant opinions I guess. LOL Have a good day ! It's my Birthday and I'm off to Death Valley to stay at the Furnace Creek Inn this weekend.

The athletes made the coordianters. Holt is from Idaho, Kiffins kid and Sarkisian are both nothing. Sarkisian leached off of Chow, Lane Kiffin is a favor. None of them can coach worth crap.

I apologize if I came off as a jerk, but watching Carroll diss his QB was something that I have not seen from any other college coach...

Coach K ... yes, the savior saint of college basketball who can do no wrong dissed a player for leaving early too.

So if Jesus/God/Coach K can do it, Carroll should be able to do it too ...
