if you want to go the expensive route a cisco 28xx or 18xx (and the use of a feature called OER ) would be the way to go however that can set you back around 1k and you would need a guy with some knowledge to configure it for you (unless you have a dedicated network guy that can help you and maintain it)

if you don't want to shell that much $ I would recommend the linksys rv082 (I have used one on several setups)

I hear that netgear has one of those and zyxel has one too .....the zywall 70 (their products are very good but also on the expensive side)

While you are trying to get a resilient setup keep in mind that stuff as simple as a DNS server failure can render both useless (I would ideally use a DNS from opendns, oneRACSA , one from ICE), recently a big part of ICE's network went down because of a DNS server failure

(btw , I never managed to configure the rv082 to properly route the voip boxes......honestly didnt try very hard as the one time I did that was for my own house so it was not a high priority (plus there is only so much you can do with any given interface, with cisco you have huge flexibility to configure everything you want), I ended up simply configuring some monitoring from the outside to send me an email in case the connections die......and then act accordingly)
