5dimes and bookmaker are both pretty good in terms of leagues and options. Quantumleap bets a lot of obscure leagues and may have some insight.

Betting, I would use Pinnacle, Matchbook, 5dimes, Canbet especially if you want to middle or pay less juice. There are other sites, but these are pretty good.
