with this % who pay the players??? the book or the agent if the agent is paying the player might as well he will be paying a flat fee to the shop for booking his action, and if he is not moving a good number of players 50% profit is low and you may consider it risky

I work 25, could I get higher ? Yes. But my package earns and works well for both myself and the book.

Show me a book that is paying 50% and I will tell you they will be broke soon. If a huge percentage of their players are coming from agents and they are paying 50% then I would love to know the names of those books so I can pull out my $$$ now.

The most books should pay is 35% and that's pushing it.
