I didnt think in this round that it was possible to have a tie...im watching the Mexico game and it says 2 15 min periods of overtime and then if still tied they go to Pk's....so how can a book offer draws?
Draw when it is tied after regulation and if you bet it now draw would count if the scores were tied after the two OT periods which would lead to the penalty kicks. It confuses me at times too.
