question on pars...ml and same team??

Is there a sports book that takes same team and ml parlays??...thx

For example.....today auburn +4......could i play them straight +4.....play them moneyline +150....and also play them in a 2 team par, moneyline +150 and straight +4....is that possible?and there has to be a mod that knows of a place???....thanks
