Question for techies/investigators

Guys,
I am having a problem with some prick that is giving my wife a hard time. I have read on here how some of you guys were able to find out all public info on deadbeats etc.. and was wondering if someone could help me or steer me in the right direction on how to uncover some dirt on this a$$hole. I have name, phone, address but dont know how to proceed.Any help would be appreciated.thanks

harrassing phone calls etc..talking alot of crap. I would handle him my self but he is in louisiana and i am in N.Y..He thinks he a real wise ass

well first thing that pops into my mind is to call the police in that area since you have his info and say he is harrassing your wife, maybe tape the phone call for proof...maybe others here know of others ways .... GL to you sir on whichever way you decide to go

if this is harassment thru the internet then its a federal crime. all city PDs have an internet crimes division. if hes stupid and blatantly outta control then its a terrorist act according to new laws since 9/11. domestic terrorism is a crime. if hes harrasing her on his own pc the cops will take it apart and find all evidence against him. but how does your wife know this man and what drove him to harass her. this may be a door you dont want opened.lol.
