i asked this on the main board but i think more boxing junkies are in here what do you consider the worst boxing ppv ever? i don't mean what was the worst fight after the fact but what was did you look at and say ppv no way it should be pay to view.

barrera vs kelly, holmes vs butterbean, mercer vs ferguson come to mind for me.

sorry but not to properly answer your question, the worst pay for view fight after the fact imho was tyson-spinks.

because i paid for the tyson-spinks fight....i learned by that time for the other one lol.

Honestly, we have all been ripped off by big fights that end quick, but we all know that can happen before we shell out the money. Butterbean-Holmes was a ripoff going in, and I can remember buying Botha-Briggs back in 99, and it actually turned out to be a decent fight. Still no one should be forced to pay for crap like that. and for non-showtime subscribers, Brewster-Meehan is a waste of 20 bucks. Also, i remember a few of Paul Spadafora fights on PPV. Thank god i had a cheat box for those.

night of the legends witherspoon vs page bonecrusher vs weaver i believe. all of them were in their 40's. mancini vs camacho, mancini vs haughen and leonard vs camacho. paz vs duran randall vs chavez 3 the great goodbye. laila ali vs anyone.

my problem was that i was still loading my plate of food when the fight ended...lol, i only saw the replay.
