Question for all about aggregate goal tie breaker scenario

So in order for Liverpool to not advance Inter Milan has to beat them 3 Nil? If Liverpool scores and Milan scores 3 goals do they go into a shootout? what happens if Milan wins 1-Nil? I am interested in taking liverpool and the odds that they will advance, i know its juiced pretty heavy but im just looking for some clarity as to what needs to happen in order for Liverpool to not advance before i unload. Is it worth laying alot out there?

IF LIVERPOOL SCORES AND INTER SCORES 3 GOALS, LIVERPOOL ADVANCE(BECAUSE LIVER. SCORE AT INTER). IF INTER WINS 1-0 LIVER. ADAVANCE 1-2 FOR LIVER.

I actually think Inter has a shot to advance today. Not a big shot of course, but I feel a bigger shot than say Lyon and Olympiakos. I'm taking a very small nibble at inter to advance at +355. The key is to not allow any goals against today. If Liverpool score one goal, then it's all over. But if Inter can keep the ball out of their net, and grab 2 goals (which a team like Inter can certainly do), then in extra time it's anyones game.

Only chance for extra time and possible shoot-out is a 2-0 scoreline. Besides that score Inter will have to win by 3 goals to advance. Away goals is the tiebreaker when the combined score is level.

Which would lead me to believe that the Over is a good bet since Inter will be aggressive throughout the match.
