I played with a local for a long time just getting back into the whole offshore thing a month ago I got an "all access" card and deposited but I got it in Santa Monica.1hr away.

If a woman asked for an Express card, she means Express, the store...of course you can always use AMEX there too but there are fees I think for the AMEX cards...

Good luck at WU...spell the name correctly. Once I put George instead of JORGE on my form....big drama... had to go back to the store...had almost used a fake name when sending...that would have been a nightmare as I had to show ID to get the money back/resent.

The last time I loaded up with an offshore, I went to a Cumberland Farms convenience store and bought a netspend card.

I don't think they have any Cumberland Farms on the left coast and I don't even know if offshores accept these cards anymore, that whas a while ago.

Teddy, where are you using MoneyGram? Albertson's and WalMart are pretty easy. Just go to their Customer Service counter.

There's a WalMart on Beach just south of the 22. There's also an Albertson's in HB on Edinger just south of the 405.
