I have to put "TOMMY B's" money management philosophy up here too.

He has bent over backwards to help me in moneymanagemet during WNBA...l


His approach is solid and should be considerd by all gamblers.....I wont lie ....I am not the best at money management but I am learning and becoming more disciplined..

Money management is THE KEY !!! you have to abide by it .

MONEYMANAGEMENT

1. ESTABLISH YOUR BETTING BANKROLL.
2. FLAT BET AT 2% OF BANKROLL , IF WINNING . IF YOU START OFF LOSING IMMEDIATELY DROP TO 1% OR STOP BETTING UNTIL YOUR METHODS PRODUCE WINNERS.
3. NEVER HAVE MORE THAN 20% OF YOUR STARTING BANKROLL IN ACTION AT ANY ONE TIME , OR 30% OF YOUR WINNING BANKROLL.
4. BEST BETS ARE RARE AND NEVER MORE THAN 3% OF BANKROLL.


THIS IS A CONSERVATIVE SYSTEM THAT WORKS VERY WELL IF FOLLOWED , AND WILL KEEP YOU IN THE GAME A LONG TIME . IT TAKES DICIPLINE TO FOLLOW THIS AND THAT IS SOMETHING YOU HAVE TO LEARN IF YOU WANT TO SUCCEED IN SPORTS BETTING.

RATING YOUR PLAYS , LIKE 1* to 5* , IS SOMETHING LEFT TO THE MORE EXPERIENCED PLAYER . IF YOU LOSE YOUR TOP PLAYS AND WIN THE LESSER ONES YOU COULD HAVE A WINNING PERCENTAGE AND STILL LOSE MONEY ON THE SEASON.

RECOVERING YOUR VIG LOSSES IS ANOTHER THING THAT SHOULD BE LEFT TO THE EXPERIENCED PLAYER. I KEEP A VIG BANK SO I KNOW HOW MUCH I HAVE LOST AND I RECOVER SOME ON GAMES I CONSIDER BETTER BETS THAN OTHERS. THIS WAY , TECHNICALLY YOU COULD PICK 50% AND NOT LOSE MONEY.

I agree with you on something ....you do not necasarillly have to be at 56% to come out ahead....


it has alot to do with knowing when to to lay the investment , having multiple outs for the juice, and limiting action plays ...
