Hoping to go there soon but keep putting it off.

There's a great story behind a great Dominican tennis player. Think he's playing tomorrow in a challenger in Mexico.

Been 5 or 6 times. Last time was this past Xmas.

We don't really leave our resort, and go Adult-Only.

People/staff are always friendly. Have never had any problems.

Never been, have been told it's pretty awesome. Also told you shouldn't really leave the resort, although I know one person who does. He actually found a beautiful wife 25 years younger than him. He said age doesn't matter much to them, they're looking for stability (some are anyhow)

have been several times, stayed at all-inclusive's with no desire to leave the resort other than to golf. Nice people.

was at The Hard Rock last summer. PRICEY resort. Its more of a village than a resort, massive place. Main hub is cool, well done. Has a casino/sports book. Shows were very good. Food? for the price I would not return. If you're a golfer Hard Rock Golf Course is walking distance, Jack Nicklaus designed course. Very nice course, with food and drinks included. I'm a lefty adn the rental clubs available were yuck, shocking for a higher end resort/course. The 18th is a beauty! dog leg right with water guarding the right side-- tried to draw it around the around the corner! SPLASH!!!!!!!! @)

Post the play here in this thread!!!

Well, to me this says Huesler (-150) is a clear cut winner.

Victor Estrella against Huesler

Estrella jumped up to about ranking of 50th few years ago at near the age of 40 years old. True Rocky Balboa story. Guy is a fighter and took out some very high ranked players. But he's dropped down to the 300th to 400th level. Lost 6 of last 8 matches and only those two wins against Luis Patino and Thai Kwiatowski.

Estrella just got smashed by Escobedo, who I do not rate highly. And Huesler is coming off 6 straight wins and a win of that same tournament.

Estrella lost nearly 50% of his service points against Escobedo.

Only concern is Huesler coming off a big win and tournament win on Sunday... and then playing today Tuesday.

I went once maybe 4 years ago? Stayed at the Grand Palladium, good food, great beaches all around (not just my resort). A buddy and myself did take an afternoon trip to the Hard Rock Casino and made a little coin. Decent casino, one craps table when I was there.

We did a couple excursions but mainly stayed at the resort. Never felt unsafe at all would have no problem taking my kids.

Just fyi.

They did a study on which country in Latin America has the highest support for Trump and the DR got the highest % of support for Trump.

Just wanted to let you know b/c you have that California mentality and love that street shitting that they do so well in Cali.

Been to Excellence El Carmen. Very nice resort, very good food. We were in a cheaper room, and it is the nicest room I have stayed in down south.
Place was too quiet for us. A lot of honeymooners. Adult only.

Riu Macao: Typical Riu. Adult only with other Rius next door. Loved the fact that the place wasn't very big. Not a ton of walking to pool or beach.

Chic Punta Cana: Adult only, super clean, good food. Took a cab to Hard Rock for some casino action one night. Good time, but Hard Rock is enormous, and I wouldn't stay there.

Yes I have...all inclusive is the way to go. If you have the coin go to the Hard Rock. If not there are other places cool too. It is VERY HOT use sunblock often! Recommend that you snorkel and have a boat take you up in the air on a sail. This place is fun for a 3-4 day trip after that not that fun. There are people selling you things EVERYWHERE. DO MNOT BUY ANYTHING ON THE BUS FROM AIRPORT TO DESTINATION. TRUST ME and last thing HAGGLE ...for everything.
