I tell you what Sunshine, i feel anxiety and flipped out all the time. I think should i take a zany? Then i just say hell with it i should feel the stress and pain. Had a doctor give em to me like pez at one time and i tried to get him to give me sleepers but he said just take the zanys every night. Slept good but it is a horrible habit and was tough to kick. Running in place works well as an alternative!
