Or maybe the Steelers are simply a better team then the Pats, which is why Jets won last week and are losing this week. Man, these stupid threads continue to pop up all the time, it's ridiculous

I started a thread after the Pats loss...

Pats are 7-17 ATS in the last 24 games where they were -8 favorites or better.

A lot of the has to due with absurd lines the Pats got during the 07 season, but it is a startling trend.

Last week has everything to do with Brady going down in the pocket (due to the foot) and the lack of energy on defense. When the Steelers made their first run stuff of the game and got fired up I said that is exactly what the Pats were missing last week. Until they get back to playing with emotion and physicality they will continue to expect their presence will beat people

Better RBs, WRs, D-line and secondary.. Brady and coaching only thing thats better.
