I sent the following to TTinco and he suggested I post it here. If anybody has the solution I would appreciate it.

I hate to bother you with this but I read in Wilheim's post that you

Try this first and see if it's the problem or helps out:

Click Tools, Organize (Ways to organize junk email should come up)
Click on "Junk Email", then "more options"

Click on "Edit Junk Senders List" and see if his email address might be in there by chance. If it is, remove it and you should be ok.

Thanks bilbal. I did what you suggested and only time will tell if it is successful. Either way I appreciate your response. A ray of sunshine is that I did receive a message from him in my inbox this morning so we will just have to see.

Thanks again.

Good to hear, looks like Bilbal nailed the issue.

If you're still not getting stuff into your inbox that should be going there I would first try making sure you have the latest updates from MS.

If you do and that doesn't solve it then change the filtering level in Outlook: (click Tools, Options, under the Email section, click Junk Email, lower the level of filtering, click OK)

If that doesn't work, try creating a new profile.

If that doesn't work, then you'll need to uninstall and reinstall Outlook (under Add/Remove of MS Office, you'll get an option as to which parts of Office you want to uninstall, just choose Outlook), your data files will remain on the drive so don't worry about losing them.

hope this helps!

I would try clicking on "Help, Detect and Repair" and see if that flushes it out.
