Drumpf has no fucking clue what he's doing, about anything. I think she's a dreadful candidate, and am not voting for her. But at least she has some clue about how things work, and how to make things work. Drumpf is the equivalent of an angry, clueless message board poster winning the nomination. What makes Rodham the better candidate?

They said she was careless, which she was. Not using the Govt E Mail system was dumb and arrogant beyond belief. But it wasn't criminal. She wouldn't be a viable candidate, if the R's had put up a viable one. They didn't, so in the battle of who sucks less, she's likely gonna win.Well... the FBI pretty much said Hillary is clueless today lol. Hillary only knows how to lie, cheat, say anything, pander to the right people, and how to hide anything she wants.
She isnt a viable candidate.....

Corey Lewandowski, the Drumpf idiot that manhandled that Woman reporter, was actually charged, but then a Prosecutor decided to not prosecute the case, Was he guilty of a Crime?"........although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information......" said by FBI Director Comey
Full Quote:
"although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case."
If you break the law, it is a crime... no matter how small it might be. A crime is a crime. Hence, it WAS criminal
stat·ute
ˈstaCHo͞ot
noun
a written law passed by a legislative body.
Corey Lewandowski, the Drumpf idiot that manhandled that Woman reporter, was actually charged, but then a Prosecutor decided to not prosecute the case, Was he guilty of a Crime?
What Hillary did was stupid, arrogant, and wrong. But it wasn't criminal. I'll take the word of the FBI Director, over yours, no offense my friend.
So, a violation of a statute isnt a crime?
Next time (if ever) I go to court on a traffic ticket for violation of a statute, ill be sure to bring your statement with me.
"Your honor, what I did was stupid, ignorant and wrong, but what I did wasn't criminal. So there should be no punishment for me whatsoever"

Of course it was criminal, there is no doubt of this, she sent 110 emails (in 52 different email chains) MARKED AS CLASSIFIED WHEN SENT, on her private email server.
Here is the video of the FBI director detailing her felonies here: https://www.facebook.com/DonaldTrump/videos/10157263351880725/
HE called her a liar, untrustworthy and everything else under the sun....
Now he has to "tow the party line" and endorse her. Either that, or he is a flat out liar.
If she was so great, and he thought she was the best candidate... why didnt he offer her the VP spot when he ran??
BUT, Biden, isnt good enough to be President, and Hillary wasnt good enough to be vice-president......
Kind of like living in "The Matrix" and trying to wrap your head around this logic...
Of course it wasn't Criminal. As Comey himself stated.
In looking back at our investigations into mishandling or removal of classified information, we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts. All the cases prosecuted involved some combination of: clearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information; or vast quantities of materials exposed in such a way as to support an inference of intentional misconduct; or indications of disloyalty to the United States; or efforts to obstruct justice. We do not see those things here.
To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions. But that is not what we are deciding now.
As a result, although the Department of Justice makes final decisions on matters like this, we are expressing to Justice our view that no charges are appropriate in this case.
I know there will be intense public debate in the wake of this recommendation, as there was throughout this investigation. What I can assure the American people is that this investigation was done competently, honestly, and independently. No outside influence of any kind was brought to bear.
I know there were many opinions expressed by people who were not part of the investigation—including people in government—but none of that mattered to us. Opinions are irrelevant, and they were all uninformed by insight into our investigation, because we did the investigation the right way. Only facts matter, and the FBI found them here in an entirely apolitical and professional way. I couldn’t be prouder to be part of this organization.
Why are you missing the other quote... "To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. Similar circumstances... as long as Hillary isnt involved.
For some reason you keep skipping that
I'm hardly skipping it. I just emphasized the only important part. we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts. Why are you missing the other quote... I have many friends who work at the new WTC, so an attack on Manhattan would indeed effect me, just as the last one did. Unlike a sicko like you though, I'm not rooting for it to happen, so he can go on a sports gambling message board and rail about the Muslims. He is missing the other quote bcuz he is THE GUESSER.
and the current Guess that he is making is that Muslim Terror will not effect him, because his life doesn't take him into Manhattan as much as it once did and he is Guessing that odds are Muslims won't want to blow up shit in Brooklyn.

They found a case before.... https://www.fbi.gov/sacramento/pres...removal-and-retention-of-classified-materials
SACRAMENTO, CA—Bryan H. Nishimura, 50, of Folsom, pleaded guilty today to unauthorized removal and retention of classified materials, United States Attorney Benjamin B. Wagner announced.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Kendall J. Newman immediately sentenced Nishimura to two years of probation, a $7,500 fine, and forfeiture of personal media containing classified materials. Nishimura was further ordered to surrender any currently held security clearance and to never again seek such a clearance.
According to court documents, Nishimura was a Naval reservist deployed in Afghanistan in 2007 and 2008. In his role as a Regional Engineer for the U.S. military in Afghanistan, Nishimura had access to classified briefings and digital records that could only be retained and viewed on authorized government computers. Nishimura, however, caused the materials to be downloaded and stored on his personal, unclassified electronic devices and storage media. He carried such classified materials on his unauthorized media when he traveled off-base in Afghanistan and, ultimately, carried those materials back to the United States at the end of his deployment. In the United States, Nishimura continued to maintain the information on unclassified systems in unauthorized locations, and copied the materials onto at least one additional unauthorized and unclassified system.

No offense, but I'll believe the Non Partisan FBI Director before I believe what the extreme right wing Media world is calling the same case.
