Here is what I think will happen. Several Hawaiian officials will swear that all records are in order and submit affidavits to the Supreme Court. The lawyers will wrangle until after the inauguration, at which point Obama will assert executive privilege. He will have a press conference complaining that he would like to put this "dead horse" issue behind him so he can go about fixing all of America's problems. End of story. Oh, and the stuff about the Indonesian school and traveling to Pakistan will be explained by 1. It's what had to be done to insure a quality education 2. I went along with my parents. In both cases, I was too young to have known anything any different.

There will be no press conference and no reaction or thought of it either. He is too busy to spend time on such bs. There will be little wrangling either as none of the lawsuits will go anywhere. In other words, it's all a non-issue.

From my understanding (I can't believe I"ve really taken the time to research this issue), the lawsuit conceded he was born in Hawaii.

The lawsuit isn't whether he was born in Hawaii it's more so if he had british citizenship at birth.

But unlike many of the lawsuits regarding Mr. Obama's citizenship -- which claim he really was born on foreign soil -- Mr. Donofrio's case concedes that Mr. Obama was born in Hawaii but says he still held foreign citizenship at birth.

"Since Barack Obama's father was a citizen of Kenya, and therefore subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of Senator Obama's birth, then Senator Obama was a British citizen 'at birth,' just like the framers of the Constitution, and therefore, even if he were to produce an original birth certificate proving he were born on U.S. soil, he still wouldn't be eligible to be president."
