Well it was a perfect storm for Obama in 2008 - the economy was in the worst tailspin anyone can remember - throw in this young charismatic guy that easily won over the youth vote - getting tons of people that are uneducated on issues that never voted before to wait in 4 hour lines to vote for him - don't forget he got all the people that never amounted to anything to vote for him by telling them society had cheated them - then all the gays - all the blacks - and almost all the hispanics - every time i go to Costco at some place in the store there is a congestion of people - know y? they are giving away free samples - guess what? people love free shit and Barry owned that crowd 10 fold

Obama won because america saw what happens when a repub admin is in the white house. That's why obama won. Nobody wants repubs making the final decision anymore. Blacks, gays and poor people...giving away free stuff is the repub tag line but it's all bullshit. If you take everyone that makes poverty level income and don't count their votes in last 2 elections...obama is still president. Try a new narrative.

I wouldnt say Obama has achieved nothing - fags can now marry, weed is legal - one out of six people get food stamps - people that don't work or pay taxes or pay for health care get it provided by people that work and pay taxes - I think there are a lot of people that would view those a major achievements

it was fortunate for him that a redneck retarded Republican ran the country into the ground that he got elected. it wasn't fortunate for him that he got a steaming pile of shit handed to him to deal with. you idiots seem to forget that. ISIS is a direct result of a lie that sent us to war. the buck stops there. everyone with a brain knew we couldn't occupy Iraq and predicted more terror groups forming. i guess brain rules you out as well as Republicans across the nation. and don't pull the retarded ploy of showing all the democrats who voted for the war. they were lied to, just like Colin Powell and the whole country.

Isn't there a thread like this rallying the same nuts here everyday? I read some of Beats stuff but many times I scroll over it because it gets annoying as fuck. Obama definitely deserves criticism but I think the overwhelming hatred for the guy is over the top. I know people who dislike him and the ACA but do not know anything about it, they just think it's all doom and gloom because Fox and Rush say so, not surprising there was a thread here with nothing but doom and gloom which is absurd. You guys can say whatever you want about his history but he will never ever be looked at as worse than GW. If you think otherwise you are fooling yourself or just a homer. You have people here who puff their religious chests but have hatred or disdain for so many people such as Muslim and Gays, it's sickening but I have found many religious people to be self righteous yet are some big assholes. The Republican side looks at people in the most negative way and rally the weak minded. When it comes to welfare all you guys see is dope smoking free loaders instead of the mentally or physically disabled, or how about the elderly or the sick children? There is a definite lack of compassion amongst the right wing down here. What do you think people outside this cult down here think when they see posts of Native Americans and booze bottles, or using the word N%$%eER, how about the constant gay slamming or the nutty goofs who are still searching for the birther truth. The outside world thinks you are nut jobs, it's true. Go to Joe's FB paige and you would really see what kind of nutty loon he is. I bet he wears a depend shitting himself with all the time he spends on the computer. He's obsessed and maybe psychotic. Or how about googling up a poster here and rant about what he said 8 years ago and keep referring to him as Paul like it's a knock? Really people think you are dumb, now back to the the party, Your party would slit somebody's throat for a dollar and they pretty much have. Hell republicans value a dollar over their own health, one Wyoming republican's husband refused an important cardiac test cause he refused to pay out of pocket for it then croaked. She blamed Obama for that one. You guys believe anything a republican politician or talk show host tell you.

Complete bullshit. I don't give any holier than thou anything. I say what I say and my opinion is my opinion. Times are rough for me? Where? Things are great for me and always will be....my success or failure isn't tied to who occupies the white house. Never was and never will be.

I'm not trying to deflect anything. I find superbeets posts stupid and spam like. Just because that opinion differs with yours, as usual you get all uptight. Any sane person dos not wanna scroll thru 10 posts of pure right wing propoganda. You don't think I could go post article after article beaming about the obama admin? Would that make me a great poster according to you? Of course it wouldn't because it doesn't agree with your own political thoughts.

You talk about standards while calling akp fat and posting hamburger pics? You guys who lecture should really look in the mirror

Double KO. Two more for the Good Guys.

Major League stuff BP. Best Post in this pathetic, repetetive thread. You don't post Often(enough), but when you do, it's high quality stuff.

Obama called for a "reset" of relations with Russia.

Great relations now with Russia, almost a new Cold War.

What A CLOWN.

Obama lovers must admire the military re-emergence of Russia.

Obama lovers must love the expansionism of Russia.

Perestroika. Glasnost.

President Barack Obama doesn't plan to attend AIPAC's policy conference next week, his spokesman confirmed today, and admitted the White House hasn't decided whether to send a cabinet-level official at all

Obama-Muslim.jpg

The White House confirmed on Monday that President Barack Obama doesn't plan to attend the American Israel Public Affairs Committee's conference next week, held annually in Washington, D.C., and that no cabinet-level U.S. official is currently scheduled to make an appearance.
The 'largest gathering of America's pro-Israel community,' according to the confab's organizations, AIPAC draws a crowd of roughly 14,000 attendees, many of whom are of Jewish heritage.
The last time Obama showed up at the conference was in 2012 as he stared down reelection. Typically, a high-level administration official represents the U.S. at the mass gathering.

40 mind-blowing quotes from Barack Obama about Islam and Christianity

Joshua Riddle

This is a great list highlighting how radical President Obama is when it comes to Islam and Christianity.

20 Quotes By Barack Obama About Islam and Mohammed

#1 “The future must not belong to those who slander the Prophet of Islam”
#2The sweetest sound I know is the Muslim call to prayer”

#3 “We will convey our deep appreciation for the Islamic faith, which has done so much over the centuries to shape the world — including in my own country.”
#4 “As a student of history, I also know civilization’s debt to Islam.”
#5Islam has a proud tradition of tolerance.
#6 “Islam has always been part of America”
#7we will encourage more Americans to study in Muslim communities
#8 “These rituals remind us of the principles that we hold in common, and Islam’s role in advancing justice, progress, tolerance, and the dignity of all human beings.”
#9 “America and Islam are not exclusive and need not be in competition. Instead, they overlap, and share common principles of justice and progress, tolerance and the dignity of all human beings.”
#10 “I made clear that America is not – and never will be – at war with Islam.”
#11 “Islam is not part of the problem in combating violent extremism – it is an important part of promoting peace.”
#12 “So I have known Islam on three continents before coming to the region where it was first revealed”
#13 “In ancient times and in our times, Muslim communities have been at the forefront of innovation and education.”
#14 “Throughout history, Islam has demonstrated through words and deeds the possibilities of religious tolerance and racial equality.”
#15 “Ramadan is a celebration of a faith known for great diversity and racial equality
#16 “The Holy Koran tells us, ‘O mankind! We have created you male and a female; and we have made you into nations and tribes so that you may know one another.’”
#17 “I look forward to hosting an Iftar dinner celebrating Ramadan here at the White House later this week, and wish you a blessed month.”
#18 “We’ve seen those results in generations of Muslim immigrants – farmers and factory workers, helping to lay the railroads and build our cities, the Muslim innovators who helped build some of our highest skyscrapers and who helped unlock the secrets of our universe.”
#19 “That experience guides my conviction that partnership between America and Islam must be based on what Islam is, not what it isn’t. And I consider it part of my responsibility as president of the United States to fight against negative stereotypes of Islam wherever they appear.”
#20 “I also know that Islam has always been a part of America’s story.”

20 Quotes By Barack Obama About Christianity and the Bible

#1 “Whatever we once were, we are no longer a Christian nation”
#2 “We do not consider ourselves a Christian nation.”
#3 “Which passages of scripture should guide our public policy? Should we go with Leviticus, which suggests slavery is OK and that eating shellfish is an abomination? Or we could go with Deuteronomy, which suggests stoning your child if he strays from the faith?”
#4 “Even those who claim the Bible’s inerrancy make distinctions between Scriptural edicts, sensing that some passages – the Ten Commandments, say, or a belief in Christ’s divinity – are central to Christian faith, while others are more culturally specific and may be modified to accommodate modern life.”
#5 “The American people intuitively understand this, which is why the majority of Catholics practice birth control and some of those opposed to gay marriage nevertheless are opposed to a Constitutional amendment to ban it. Religious leadership need not accept such wisdom in counseling their flocks, but they should recognize this wisdom in their politics.”

Over the past 5 years, Obama has never one time refuted any claims or comments made about him being the liberal savior.

#6
From Obama’s book, The Audacity of Hope: “I am not willing to have the state deny American citizens a civil union that confers equivalent rights on such basic matters as hospital visitation or health insurance coverage simply because the people they love are of the same sex—nor am I willing to accept a reading of the Bible that considers an obscure line in Romans to be more defining of Christianity than the Sermon on the Mount.”
#7 Obama’s response when asked what his definition of sin is: “Being out of alignment with my values.”
#8 “If all it took was someone proclaiming I believe Jesus Christ and that he died for my sins, and that was all there was to it, people wouldn’t have to keep coming to church, would they.”
#9 “This is something that I’m sure I’d have serious debates with my fellow Christians about. I think that the difficult thing about any religion, including Christianity, is that at some level there is a call to evangelize and prostelytize. There’s the belief, certainly in some quarters, that people haven’t embraced Jesus Christ as their personal savior that they’re going to hell.”
#10 “I find it hard to believe that my God would consign four-fifths of the world to hell. I can’t imagine that my God would allow some little Hindu kid in India who never interacts with the Christian faith to somehow burn for all eternity. That’s just not part of my religious makeup.”
#11 “I don’t presume to have knowledge of what happens after I die. But I feel very strongly that whether the reward is in the here and now or in the hereafter, the aligning myself to my faith and my values is a good thing.”
#12 “I’ve said this before, and I know this raises questions in the minds of some evangelicals. I do not believe that my mother, who never formally embraced Christianity as far as I know … I do not believe she went to hell.”
#13 Those opposed to abortion cannot simply invoke God’s will–they have to explain why abortion violates some principle that is accessible to people of all faiths.”
#14 On his support for civil unions for gay couples: “If people find that controversial then I would just refer them to the Sermon on the Mount.”
#15 “You got into these small towns in Pennsylvania and, like a lot of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothing’s replaced them. And they fell through the Clinton Administration, and the Bush Administration, and each successive administration has said that somehow these communities are gonna regenerate and they have not. And it’s not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren’t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.”
#16 “In our household, the Bible, the Koran and the Bhagavad Gita sat on the shelf alongside books of Greek and Norse and African mythology”
#17 “On Easter or Christmas Day, my mother might drag me to church, just as she dragged me to the Buddhist temple, the Chinese New Year celebration, the Shinto shrine, and ancient Hawaiian burial sites.”
#18 “We have Jews, Muslims, Hindus, atheists, agnostics, Buddhists, and their own path to grace is one that we have to revere and respect as much as our own”
#19 “All of us have a responsibility to work for the day when the mothers of Israelis and Palestinians can see their children grow up without fear; when the Holy Land of the three great faiths is the place of peace that God intended it to be; when Jerusalem is a secure and lasting home for Jews and Christians and Muslims, and a place for all of the children of Abraham to mingle peacefully together as in the story of Isra— (applause) — as in the story of Isra, when Moses, Jesus, and Mohammed, peace be upon them, joined in prayer. (Applause.)”
#20 “I believe that there are many paths to the same place, and that is a belief that there is a higher power, a belief that we are connected as a people.”

i guess you could use this thread to bash Obama. or you could use it to bash Republicans for losing 2 elections to the 1st black president ever. even if he is bad, the Republicans don't have anyone that isn't mentally insane. the next president will be a Democrat as well. you should really start a thread as to why Republicans are so feeble and seen as mental midgets with no concrete plan for anything. they just bash everyone else with no solutions.

"No solutions"

Since 2008, Democrats have lost control of 30 state legislative chambers—totaling 910 seats—and 11 governorships - and the US Senate. Note that the a Democrats are at a historic 188-member low in the US House.

You are a fucking moron beyond belief.
