change the name of the Asian super flu to SARS, in an effort not to hurt the Asians feelings and their tourism.

The Asian super flu (SARS) is believed to have started in China, the southern Guangdong province.

The most amazing thing is the US is not sending individuals back to China that show signs of the Asian super flu.

This is what happens with political correctness, instead of hurting one sick man or womens feelings by sending them back to China. We take the chance of 1000's of people getting sick and possibly dying.

SARS is air born and is easy to get. AIDS is difficult to get compared to SARS. There's ways to prevent AIDS not SARS. And those little mask don't help.

Out,Aids was said to be everybodys disese which it is not but the pC crowd tried to make it out as being somehow associated with normal behaivior.

Not being a MD, I don't have sufficient understanding of this "epidemic" to answer that definitively. My limited knowlegde of the matter indicated that SARS has a 3% fatality rate, so I think it should be quarantined until we know how to better treat/prevent it.

Last I heard nobody is sure where the disease came from (not a geographic sense) ... I've heard many theories from a "mutated animal virus" to a "mutated form of the flu", but nobody was positive.

It makes no sense to allow people into the US that are coming from China, that are sick as a dog. This puts everyone at risk.
