This happened to a friend of mine here in Phoenix about a year and a half ago. Almost everyone arrested is going to get off with nothing. The state keeps all of the money seized though. The only way to get that back is to hire another lawyer and sue the state. They don't care about the gambling. The state is in it for the money plain and simple.
